Tanishabloom began at a small window seat in Surat, with one crochet hook and a wish to slow gifting down. Today, we're a tiny studio of stitchers making blooms and heirlooms for homes across the world.

Within India: 3–6 business days after dispatch. International: 8–15 business days, depending on destination and customs. All orders ship from our Surat studio with tracking.

Because every piece is handmade, we don't accept returns on custom or personalised orders. Ready-made pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Damaged-in-transit pieces are replaced free of charge — just send us a photo within 48 hours of receiving.

Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent. Do not wring — press between towels and reshape while damp. Air dry flat, away from direct sunlight. Store in a breathable cloth bag; a sprinkle of lavender keeps it fresh.

Personalised pieces are stitched in 48 hours for small items (keychains, mini bouquets). Larger custom bouquets, plushies and heirloom pieces take 5–10 days. We'll always share an exact timeline once you place your request.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major credit & debit cards, net banking, and international cards. All checkouts are secured with encrypted payment processing.
